Dog Walks (Per Dog)

- Dog overnight sitting: £25/per night and per dog
- Dog day care: from £16/per dog during the day only (includes walks, playtime, water changes, feeding etc.)
- Dog drop-ins: from £10 per visit (includes walks, playtime, water changes, feeding etc.)
- Additional £10 fee applies if the drop-off or collection time is after 6pm
- Discounts applied for bookings of 3 or more days

Terms & Conditions – Pet Care Services
WildTails & Paws Walkers
At WildTails & Paws Walkers, the safety, wellbeing, and transparency of both our clients and our team are our highest priorities. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services, including dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting (including overnight stays).
1. Property Occupancy Disclosure
Clients must provide full and accurate details of all individuals who:
- Reside at the property
- Will be present during the booking period
- Have access to the property
This includes (but is not limited to): housemates, family members, guests, and maintenance personnel.
Failure to disclose this information may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
2. Undisclosed Persons Policy
If an undisclosed individual is present at the property, we reserve the right to:
- Leave immediately if we feel unsafe
- Convert overnight stays to drop-in visits
- Pause services until clarification is provided
3. Sleeping Arrangements (Overnight Services)
- A suitable sleeping space must be provided
- The area must be safe, clean, and accessible
4. Property Access & Security
- All individuals with access to the property must be disclosed
- Any planned visits during bookings must be communicated
5. Right to Refuse or Amend Services
- We may decline or terminate services if conditions differ from those agreed
- Services may be adjusted to maintain safety and wellbeing
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. traffic or emergencies).
- We will provide updates via text or WhatsApp
- Complimentary services may be offered where appropriate
7. Off-Lead Exercise Disclaimer
Dogs will only be walked off-lead where:
- Explicit owner consent has been given
- The dog demonstrates reliable recall
- The environment is safe
By consenting, the owner accepts that off-lead walking carries inherent risks, and WildTails & Paws Walkers cannot be held liable for incidents arising from off-lead activity.
We reserve the right to keep any dog on a lead if necessary.
8. Aggressive or Challenging Behaviour
We work with dogs of all temperaments; however:
- All behavioural concerns must be disclosed
- Safety equipment may be used where required
- Services may be stopped if risk exceeds what was disclosed
9. Veterinary Care & Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury:
- We will attempt to contact the owner
- We may seek veterinary treatment if necessary
The owner is responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
10. Key Handling & Property Responsibility
- Keys and access details will be handled securely
- We are not liable for undisclosed access arrangements
11. Payments & Payment Plans
- Payment is typically taken after services are completed
- Weekly payment plans may be arranged in advance
- We may request upfront payment in certain cases
- Services may be suspended for unpaid balances
12. Cancellations & Refunds
- Notice should be given as early as possible
- Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge
- No refunds for breaches of terms
13. Agreement
By confirming a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and accept all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
